　　Main Uses

　　Organic Synthesis Intermediate:

　　Intermediate used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals (e.g., bar sedatives, antibiotics), pesticides (e.g., insecticides, herbicides), dyes, etc.

　　As a raw material for condensation reactions, participating in the preparation of pyrazolone compounds (used in dye and pharmaceutical synthesis).

　　Solvent and Extractant: Due to its good solubility for organic substances, it can be used as a high-boiling solvent in the coatings and ink industries; it can also be used as an extractant to separate certain organic mixtures (e.g., extraction of rare metal ions).

　　Fragrances and Plasticizers: Used in small amounts for the synthesis of fragrances (imparting ester-like aromas to products), or as an auxiliary raw material for plasticizers (improving the processing performance of plastics).
